Need to stop cancelling buses . When saying due then disappears and had experience of you cancelling 2 buses 44 and 45 one after next is really frustrating especially when the next bus is packed and drives passed. Would understand if you cancelled in off peak times but always happens in peak evening time from city centre.
The app shows the bus is comming but waited for like 50 min 2 bus didnot showed up in bute terrace..
Awful experience! Nothing is accurate! I rely on this app to journey plan as I use 2 buses to get to work. The app is always down and the stops along my routes don't display a timetable or accurate information on the digital display. Why put out an app that cannot function for its sole purpose? I'm sick of being late for work, even when I leave 2 hours before my start time....!!!!
App has been working fine until this afternoon. Went to view maps a blank screen, tried to delete and reinstall. Still not working.
